Remove Reloading Screen needs 1.21.1, so get rid of it or if there's an older version for 1.21 then downgrade it, and you need to update fabric api

Oh, it seems like YetAnotherConfigLib needs 1.21.1 because it's using the 1.21.1 version of fabric api
