1.21.5 mod to have connected glass textures

OptiFabric doesn't have the connected textures and doesn't work with the resource packs I've tried that say they need Optifine to work, so I guess OptiFabric isn't exactly the same as Optifine. I actually use Fabulously Optimized, but I tried OptiFabric just to see if it would work; sadly, neither worked

I've tried Googling it but I'm not really finding anything

And idk if there are other textures that are better connected but the main one I'm looking for is glass. I know of Continuity but that hasn't been updated to 1.21.5 yet

This Fusion mod also doesn't work:

Fusion looks like it's a library so it won't create connected glass on its own, you need to find a resource pack that uses fusion to do that
