I'm having the most difficult time to upload updates to my modpack. Sometimes, I can get it to work by switching between my internal 5.0 band network and my 2.4 band network however this latest time - that method isn't working.
I have no other networking issues that I'm aware of.. just this..

Getting the same issue
@velvet topaz Did you find any fix?
No. Still not uploading as of 5 hours ago
That's bad
I have the same currently!
Same project as Waterpicker, same issue on different PC
Its particularly bad as its the project's proper first release.
happening here too. seeing this in console
@sullen quarry @velvet topaz @snow sky @west reef Backend devs have been made aware, there is already a GitHub issue https://github.com/modrinth/code/issues/3356
ty
Specifically it is with files around 200MB or larger
Hmmm no. Its worst right now. The mod we were trying to upload was only 130mb while big was still under 200
Then in that case it's files 100MB or larger, I had only previously seen the issue with files larger than 200MB
Specifically it's from #announcements message this backend maintenance
Thank for you atleast noticing and point to the issue.
I see so it is a hiccup that happened post maintence?
Yeah our new provider isn't handling it properly like our old one was
ouch. So we chose teh worst day to do release given how chunky the mod is. ><
Yeah. Unfortunately our infrastructure engineer won't be back on the clock for at least another 8 hours
Whelp we atleast have somethign to tell our player base now.
Hey atleast we got a theoretical time until fix.
Emma. is it much to assume 10-12 hours?
8 for your backend dev to get back on duty and 2-4 tryign to figure out teh exact issue?
I'm not sure. It's also going to be a weekend so he likely won't be working
I already pinged him a couple hours ago. It's up to him to fix it. When that might be I don't know
Wish we had the idea to poke earlier. been a stressful 24 hours due to being in limbo.
@sullen quarry @velvet topaz @snow sky @west reef Happy to say this is now fixed! You can upload your files now (was able to bypass the infra guy entirely)
Thought it would be a more complicated fix but it was just a single line
As the developer for the project, I know how that feels.
*for the project me and dys are on
About to attempt the first of the uploads need on our end. I'll le tyou know if I succeed. :3
@modest cape Success!
I know it was you infastrucutre who did the actual work but your poke is what set it in motion. :3
Thank you!
Thank you!!!
So how long doe si t take for a delete action to take? Accdientally uploaded one of projects file sot he wrong project. ><
it should be basically instant?
Is it possible for someone to have the right to upload but not delete?
Trying to isolate why it isn't for me. ><
That is possible to have, yes, check the project member permissions
