you could try to run /gamerule domobspawn true
or however its spelled in your minecraft
oh that dont fixes plants. i think there is a gamrule for that too but i should google soomething

yeah you could try to like set th tickspeed to like 100 and see if things grow at all
all of the game rule is at their default value
and i already set tick speed to over 10000

maybe try to clear out these warnings and look if that works
alot of the log is just failed to find
could be that some errors are jaming the server. i even see errors related to vanila items
well there is a ton of errors in the log, i think someone that actualy knows how to read them properly should look into it instead haha

turn out im not suppose to remove, but to add a mod i used to have
which is friend and foe
the mod threaten me to not delete it by making the entire pack's tick speed stop working the moment i delete it
the friend and foe was in fact just foe and not friend
which mod was that? if it's on Modrinth you should probably report it as malicious
remove incendium
it has a memory leak
same goes to terralith
those 2 for some reason cripple tickspeed

im not sure how exactly did it cause that problem but when i add it back it automatically solve the problem
but they wasnt the main problem that comepletely freeze tickspeed as farr as im aware
the tickspeed isnt simply cripple, it stop completely
i used indecium and terralith on a server and the tickspeed got worse overtime and crashed the server despite nobody in it
im afraid i cant even remove them in the current server because it already too far in and remove them might cause chunk error
