Switched server platform, now i can’t use the server

I switched my server platform from vanilla to fabric, and if it makes any difference, i opted not to delete server progress. Now, fabric isn’t even installed, and the installation had been going on for about 3 hours. it’s not any problems with my wifi either. closing the tab and reopening it doesn’t work.

It will go back and forth from (Hang on, we’re reconnecting to your server) and (Configuring server; Organizing files; Downloading mods; etc. etc.) but nothing has been added.

The worst part is i can’t even stop the installation and just keep playing on vanilla, i just have to wait for it to finish even though it never will!! basically spent like 12 bucks to play minecraft for 2 hours

if anybody knows how to fix id be super thankful
