Modrinth is NOW Double Billing Me With 0 support Since Feb 1st

Renewed Server on Feb 1st after billing issue, The Server failed to work after re paying my bill. contacted support immediately and still has not been fixed. asked for a refund last week with still no response and just been billed another $18 dollars today, just 16 days after the last payment with no service.

Can someone point me in the right direction please, if not im just going to have to do a charge back through the bank.

If there's a refund ticket out that's something that is not even in our department and you'll have to wait for someone like @granite locust to see your ticket, assuming you made a ticket in the correct department.

I'm confused what you mean by server not working, we're not aware of any unprovisioned servers at this time as we just did a full resync with Modrinth today.

It should also be entirely impossible for the system to double bill you, the only thing that could of happened is you accidentally created two servers or this is the first ever case of this happening

the payment made on the 31st of Jan does not show on my Modrinth account but does show on my bank statment and I can provide transaction numbers, this is probably why the server and the billing issue has occured.

Hey, sorry, this is a quirk of how our billing system works, since you're payment failed for so long when we renewed the server it kept the old renewal date

I'll refund one of the charges

Once I have been refunded the extra charge will someone be able to help me get the server back online, as I am still unable to access it even with the extra charge. If not then please just refund both the charges because I can’t wait another 3 weeks to get this working.
