I honestly dunno what's causing the text looking like this but Im in need of some help, it's been like this for 30 minutes and I wanna know why

I dunno what's the main issue causing this but my gameplay was freaking out a bit whenever I'm on my Esc screen, pressing E or interacting with my backpack and chest
