Making a modpack for the 3 mods I made

I want to make a modpack with my 3 mods + performance mods for easy usage that people on my server can download (because it's on beta versions of quilt) and can't find how to make a modpack that I can upload to modrinth. And yes I tried searching it up but it's always for creating one just to play not to upload

export modpack as .mrpack, go to https://modrinth.com , create modrinth account if not already, click the + button at the top right and choose project

everything else should be self explanatory
