Unable to play on servers after few seconds

That log is from the server, the server is not vanilla, and the mods installed on the server refer that both these mods are installed.

I assume it is aternos. Aternos sometimes changes the name of the mod id when installed. I recommend creating a new server, installing these mods and checking which name they get so you can remove them in your actual server

If it is not in aternos, and the server is somehow really vanilla, then you have to do the same on the client
