#Problem with Optifine and Oculus

Weird, this crash log says you were running vanilla Minecraft, are you sure there's no more error logs in your instance? You can check in folders like crash reports and logs
this is my mod pack
should i send latest one
my crash log is empty rn i just emptied it
yes latest should be fine
try running the game once and see if it generates a new crash log, then send that as well
ok lemme see should i try it with optifine or oculus?
Optifine has bad compatibility with mods, Oculus should be okay
ok lemme check
Btw next time use mclo.gs to share logs please!
oh idk what that is sorry
Easily paste your Minecraft logs to share and analyse them.
ok lemme do it now
Website to share logs without having to download them everytime, it also makes errors easier to recognize, which makes it easier to find out what the issue is
no crash log?
ok wait it crashed now lemme see
it says i should remove embeddium but it came with oculus
Maybe there's a mod that conflicts with Oculus, one sec
oke
Try disabling Distant Horizons for now, just checking something
ok
Also are Oculus, Embeddium and DistantHorizons all updated to their latest versions?
idk i just pressed install on launcher lemme check
yeah they are all updated lemme disable distant horizon
yoo it worked when i disabled it thank you
Try using an older version of Distant Horizons and see if it runs
ok which one do u recommend
Afaik there's only two versions of that mod for Forge, right?
either 2.2.0-a or 2.1.2-a
ok lemme try
Well actually if you said DH was updated already then 2.2.0-a probably won't work, so try 2.1.2-a or lower
Glad it works! Looks like latest version of Distant Horizons isn't compatible with Oculus/Embeddium yet, should get fixed soon but in the meantime make sure you don't update it accidentally
ok i will keep it in check thanks again
If you have any other issues I'd be glad to help!
you deserve that pfp frrr
never be, oculus abandoned, it was fixed in new iris 1.8 for forge
