Here i wrote up a repo
and found the issue
On like 35 down
its only looking for certian files
not folders
My config folder is only bringing over toml and json files

Ah yeah this is the issue I am having as well. Really inconvenient, I need to export this new modpack quite soon, and when I tried recently it just broke the modpack since all the configs deleted inside of those folders for some reason?
In particular I had fancymenu. It didn’t add the folder but it also removed the folder from the person who updated, so their menu was completely messed up. Not behavior I expected, was told it shouldn’t delete anything
