#Insane low FPS playing a minecraft modpack, need some help

I just downloaded the Rubius horizons modpack but my FPS are constantly fall between 35 to 5 FP, its a big modpack i know, i use an ASUS laptop (16gb RAM with RTX 3050 studio graphic card), tried to do everything, adjusting video settings, adjusting horizons settings and uploading the modpack version but it stills having insane low fps. If someone already tried the modpack and had a solution or you know what i should check or do before, i would appreciate a lot!

it should be a different URL after you click save so then you just send that link and discord

Also make sure Minecraft is using your dedicated GPU and not your integrated GPU

i just have a cuople last questions to you, if you able

by just adding those mods, i just need to run the main modpack to have those already added? or should i add them manually inside the game? or how does that work?

and im planning to play this main modpack with a friend, she needs to have these extra mods downloaded? (her game is running good)
