Also tried logging in and out of my Microsoft account and it was no use. After I try downloading that modpack again, it gives me a blank instance with the modpack's name but no image, and it's always on Vanilla 1.19.4 instead of Fabric 1.20.4.

cloudflare warp is free and unlimited, but you will only need it when downloading the stuff from modrinth until your ISP resolves the situation
