My personal guess is, that either one mod has this as their ID while the jar has a different name (kinda unlikely), a mod downloads this mod on start (very unlikely) or one mod has it embedded into itself (very likely).

If you can, try the aproach of removing half your mods, then check if the issue remains and repeat that until it's found

like what the others said, disable your mods one by one until the issue is resolved

and also please tell us what mod was the problem
