Hi everyone. I request a help. I want to install optifine for 1.8.9 modpack but can't do this.

If I try to add it by "Add content from file" got this error: "An error occurred
Invalid input: Unable to infer project type for input file"

If i just add it manually then minecraft crashes with this log
