#Issues with Mod Compatibility in Minecraft 1.20.1 with Fabric Loader 0.15.11

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing some issues with my Minecraft setup and could use some help. Here are the details from my log:

 - Mod 'LambDynamicLights' (lambdynlights) 2.3.2+1.20.1 recommends version 0.19.1 or later of quilt_loader, which is missing!
     - You should install version 0.19.1 or later of quilt_loader for the optimal experience.

Additional Information:

  • I have the version 3.4.4+1.20.1-fabric of yet-another-config-lib.
  • I don't even know what quilt_loader is, if it's a mod or something else.

Issues:

  1. The dev_isxander_libsdl4j mod version 3.693c75e-36 isn't compatible with the Fabric Loader's extended semantic version format.
  2. The Debugify mod recommends a 3.x version of yet-another-config-lib, which is missing.
  3. The LambDynamicLights mod recommends version 0.19.1 or later of quilt_loader, which is also missing.

Questions:

  1. How can I resolve the version compatibility issue with dev_isxander_libsdl4j?
  2. Why isn't my yet-another-config-lib version 3.4.4+1.20.1-fabric being recognized, and how can I fix this?
  3. What is quilt_loader, and how do I install version 0.19.1 or later to satisfy the LambDynamicLights mod?

Any guidance or advice on how to fix these issues would be greatly appreciated!

key word here is "recommends". if the mod would break without them installed, it would say "requires"

but to answer your questions:

  1. that’s just some metadata that Fabric uses, it’s really not important. ask the mod dev to fix it
  2. Yet Another Config Lib is sometimes called yacl and sometimes yet_another_config_lib. if it’s installed, it’s installed
  3. Quilt is an alternative modloader that can run Fabric mods
