Xaero's worldmap and Minimap is not having a good time. Try disabling them and see if the issue goes away

Binary Search. Remove half of the mods see if it works. If not, remove half of what is left. Repeat. If it works, install half of the mods you just removed. Rinse and repeat.

That to be doesnt look like a graphics driver issue. I guess it is worth removing every mod and seeing if the game boots though.

I went and checked sodium driver compatability versions and they infact were to old to work with Sodium.
