Just recently I've installed the Wakes mod from modrinth. As I was moving it to my mods folder, it was detected as a Trojan by my PC. I myself have already deleted the file, but is my PC safe now? Are there are ways I can further guarantee the safety of my PC? I would highly appreciate the help as this is the first time I've encountered this. Thank You.

this is a false positive, it's quite common as microsoft released a faulty definition some time ago that unfairly targets jar files.
Really? I'm concerned still about it having detected a file literally called Trojan

literally decompiled it and it has nothing suspicious at all
