i see a ton of other people making and publishing modpacks with a collection of other peoples mods (giving credit of course) how do i do that?

make an instance in modrinth app with mods, then export as mrpack and upload to modrinth website after creating a new project (and make sure due credit is given)

Replace mod 'Fabric Loader' (fabricloader) 0.15.6 with version 0.15.7 or later.

it only says 0.15.6 there dosent seem to be anything above it, exept for snapshots but they are labled diffrently?
