so i made a mod it got approved but when i play a game and loading that mod it doesn't work so im basically just playing vanilla minecraft

fabric is the modloader then - it's what should be loading your mod into Minecraft
as for why it doesn't seem to be, see if you can send a log and maybe there will be some sort of error in there revealing why

ah i see it is not even being picked up by fabric. I'm not a mod developer unfortunately so I don't know why this would be, the mod works properly in your dev environment right?
Maybe there are modders around who see this thread and can give advice

yeah when im on mcreator it works fine
but when i load it on modrinth it doesn't work

It sounds like then when you're exporting the mod or whatever you need to do to get that jar file, it's not properly setting up stuff. I have absolutely no knowledge about mcreator so i can't help further than that, sorry :(
