You can't get hacked from sending your latest.log or any crash report. These log files consist of stuff the game outputs, for example mod loading messages.
There is no sensitive information in these files, except for file paths (for example C:/[your PC name]) which you may not want people to know your name. Which https://mclo.gs/ will censor for you, if you use that to upload.
If you got a JVM crash report, that is a bit different, but if you followed the guide here carefully: #1194471048238874754 message , you would not leak any sensitive information.

there is a good possibility your drivers are out of date and this has caused problems for other users here. Specifically AMD drivers

If it's a problem, you can try updating the software just from your PC if you look up how to do it... and then check the driver version matches to latest to make sure it did pick up the latest driver

which is not present in this screenshot... all you did was trust that windows couldn't find a better driver (and even in that screenshot it says there may be better drivers to be installed...)

if you want to actually check the driver version number, try right click on start menu -> Device Manager -> Display adapters -> right click the graphics card that is in that section and select Properties -> Driver
