i think you installed the fabric version of that mod

you need yacl-forge

If it was the fabric version, the Forge modloader wouldn't even pick it up unless you had something that bridged that gap like Sinytra Connector.

It looks like a conflict between YetAnotherConfigLib and another, unknown mod.
When in doubt, remove Optifine - Optifine is notorious for not working with other mods
