Go into the Modrinth launcher, go to logs, click the drop-down, click on "Latest", then share and copy the link hefe
Huh. Still gives an incomplete log. Go to settings, scroll down and press the orange button that says "repair instance"
Then try launching it again
working on iit
same thing seems like
i think it is just literally getting stuck there but idk what that means
Hmm...seems like the game is crashing before it's erroring in the log
rip
Is it closing by itself or are you closing it?
by itself lmao
Ok sorry for the question. Just was curious if you were closing it out because it seemed frozen
youre good im open to any suggestions no matter how obvious they may seem
What mods are you using?
its probably not the mods themselves bc three of my friends have used the pack successfully
unless its how its interacting with my computer specifically
Well I know in a previous thread someone had issues with Sodium on their Nvidia GPU
ohhh so it might be an outdated tech thing?
More like a Sodium having issues with something involving a Nvidia GPU
My iGPU is very outdated but I manage to get through fine
ohh
And no iGPU is not a typo. It's called an Integrated GPU meaning the GPU runs on your CPU. It's common with Intel
interesting
Yeah
If you have sodium installed try removing it (and any mods that rely on it to prevent those from causing a crash) and try launching again
i dont think it does now that i'm looking? my friend made the pack tho so i'm not sure
Oh ok
This may sound dumb but try launching Minecraft with no mods installed whatsoever theough the Modrinth launcher
works normal
Ok that tells me it's a mod issue
Split your mods on half and disable half and keep the other half enabled. If it launches that half is fine, so disable that half and enable the other half
sounds good
If the other half crashes split that in half and then repeat the process until you find which mods are crashing
both halves didnt work then going with only one page at a time didnt work and the log still looks the same
Weird...
That sounds like it might be a modloader problem then
Try making a new instance with all of the same mods
same thing
its okay you tried your best
!!logspls is a very useful command
Logs are necessary to know what went wrong with your game. Please don't manually copy logs from your launcher to Discord.
Instead, please follow our guide to upload the correct log file to mclo.gs, so it is easier to review and all the private information is censored.
If your issue is related to a crash, make sure to reproduce it before uploading the log file, since it is cleared every time you start the game.
Dude I literally have the same problem I think it might just be forge 1.20.1
I’ll lyk if I fix it
I did 😭
