I think you are missing some dependences but, the main error is this

    Mod ID: 'jei' from mod files: jei-1.20.1-forge-15.2.0.27.jar, REIPluginCompatibilities-forge-12.0.93.jar

It seems as though The Two Plugins us the same Mod ID "jei" and will clash and cause a crash as all mods need a unique Id I think
