that log isn't very useful, though if you want to try removing mods i would recommend disabling sinytra connector and all the fabric mods you're using with it

yeah see if removing that and forgified fabric api fixes it, if it does then try adding the connector without any fabric mods and see if that works
my immediate suspicion:
due to how the connector works, it is very picky about what forge version you run it on
therefore, it might not like the few changes neoforge makes even though they're backwards compatible normally
if it isn't the connector's fault then i have no idea
