I've been having this issue where when I try playing with any version of forge it will not load and not let me in, there's no mods in files or anything, even with mods it does not work
I've tried fixing this issue myself but with no avail, what do I do???

i click play and it loads with the red icon then disapears

I suggest you try NeoForge 1.20.3/4 then, it isn't much different and I think most mods should work
