so when i first added this it was all working and looking fine, including the action bar which showed hp and mana, then pretty quick it started to disappear/flicker on and off, then it was replaced with just [] or sometimes [][][][][][][][][[][][][][][] covering like the entire screen above my hotbar, it is a similar issue to some that have already been posted so i tried the solutions but they didnt work for me - i tried adding protocollib which just caused it to go back to not being there, then i removed protocollib and now its just been flicking occasionally? no idea whats going on - the entire rest of the plugin has been working fine

oh yeah possibly related, other messages that pop up there like the sleep related messaged when clicking a bed also only flicker on for a split second before disappearing

oh yeah so now i started up the server again, idk if its been happening the entire time i onyl noticed when criting a mob, but jsut normally the action bar is just [] but when i attack any mob it switches to a thousand [] of alternating white and greys that go all the way across my screen? anyone know why this is happening and how to get the action bar back?

What's your server and plugin version?
the action bar shouldnt change when you attack a mob by default, that sounds like it could be a different plugin

server version is 26.1.2 (64), plugin version is 2.3.12
im guessing it is from conflict with another plugin, but i dont think any of the plugins ive got should add anything to the action bar/should actually directly be conflicting? do u know any that definitely conflict/might be causing this issue/any good way to test which plugin is doing it? i am only able to delete plugins not turn them off, so itll be annoying to have to reinstall each plugin, plus idk / i dont want to accidentily remove stuff added by the plugins that i want by temporarily removing them

actually do u know if theres any possible conflict with mods? cause i have some client side mods and my friend does not seem to have the same problem with their action bar on the server?

ok nope nvm i just tried with my vanilla account and it still has the problem - ok so it looks like it is just specifically for me that it happens? is there any reason a bug like this might happen for the server op? theres only the 2 of us on the server so i dont know any way to test whether this happens with anyone else and me being op is about the only other difference between us 😅

ok so when i loaded into the server now the action bar is just blank, and occasionally it flickers on to being the health and mana, im wondering if its something to do with the texture pack failing to load that occasionally happens when i load into the server? cuasing the [] bug at least, i dont know why the action bar is blank most of the time?

i dont mean a resource pack i added i meant the resource packs that the plugins add for the plugins 😅 idk which plugins add them so theres nothing i can do about them - and wdym messages set to default? as in idk what setting ur talking about

the action_bar section in messages/global.yml controls what is shown on the action bar. To me, it seems like a different plugin is overriding the auraskills action bar most of the time when it appears empty

i do expect/suspect that is the case, only problem is its not being overridden with something i can say oh yeah thats from xyz plugin its literally either not there or [] 😅 luckily tho there is only one plugin that i know to also use messages in the action bar, i might possibly have others, but as far as im aware EliteMobs is the only one ive got
ive been looking through the files of elitemobs to see if i can find anything but no luck yet, i can and probably will check with their discord support about this too tho
