Is there a way to disable buffs ingame?

I run a smp server, and i am crafting potions to sell. Since doing this, ive leveled up my alchemy skills. This has altered the potions giving them extra time, because of this i cant sell the potions to the shop as they dont match. My question is, can we disable the alchemy buffs to get original potions and then enable them at a later?

You can only disable the ability for the entire server in abilities.yml under alchemist (this won't remove tags from existing potions though)
