hello, why i’m not able to click on stat without op? here is screenshot, i click on this without op, but nothing, when i with op i see level progression

It's probably an issue with default permissions. Are you using LuckPerms as your permissions plugin?

Grant the default group all the permissions from line 61 below that say default: true

so aureliumskills.lang, aureliumskils.top, etc

That should solve your other issue with players not being to level up too
