Moving the house causes you to lose the improvement

I wanted to move the house and i noticed that by doing so, you lose the final improvement making you have to do it again, i do not know if this bug was notified but here is

Yep! Known bug, coming in the upcoming upgrade but if you switch to the mod branch it's fixed

What do you mean by switch the mod branch? I am not that advanced in english so i don't understand that
