Rekindling is one of the most fraudulent cards in the history of Yu-Gi-Oh and I will give a short explanation why. For starters lets talk about ratios: Rekindling is unsearchable to us and even its intended archetype (Flamvell) with the exception of Triple Tactics Thrust meaning to reasonably see it you would have to play 3 copies or a single copy and 3 Thrust or better yet; bloat your deck on 3 of both. Seeing it in your opening hand is a total brick especially at multiple copies and you must have already gone through a full combo before you can effectively use it.
harpies in main doesn't make sense. THis deck can already deal with backrow very well, so no need for evenly, 2 sky burn, hfd, and storm

Yeah but this deck consistently can go through its combo tho unless it gets stopped. The only thing that I don’t know is if rekindling resets barong and ponix. If so then I can slightly agree. But regardless it’s good extender and if our plays aren’t stopped you can potentially bring back 2 early but more later in the game. 2 can be a rank 4, if you garunix out a rank 8, or a link 2 or higher depending on what’s on field and how many you bring back. Our end boards could be a lot better bc of it. Not to mention it’s so easy to dump those targets
Tbh, I like harpies but I’m also fairly new to the deck so other then garunix xyz, kirin, and sky burn how else do we play around backrow? I had evenly in there bc I built this to be generically okay/good vs everything. + with new bl I figured lab would be one of those decks that got a boost in popularity but I could be wrong.

What do you suggest to make those cards btw I’m open to suggestions just keep in mind I’m on a budget and most of the cards I play in it is cards that I own. Feel free to recommend better cards too bc I play online a lot so I might as well have the extra deck good moving forward fosho
