Basilisk tamed using drake eggs you can get as soon as you have cosmo / glider / climbing picks (very early) can kill them off (import a tamed mana or maeguana and use mushroom broth if you can't abb). Shoot rockets at the stego if they wearing haz. build weight stat (especially since you don't have to level movement speed anymore) and weight grapple it. Pick it with your own wyvern. narc nades. steal it with a crab and bleed with thylo, use a theri and use the c attack to peck the rider off the stego. If your built outside where enemy wyverns can fly above your turret range you are throwing if out of tek tier and not building a tower. Ideally build in a rathole. There's so many good sized ones on centre and abb that there is no reason to build outside as there is always some open.

First you gotta buy the Bob Tails DLC for ABB I believe then you can craft them in Fabricator and or Rep

They do not, they usually do patches where they might get patched and you can either have a message in your Tribe Logs from an Admin saying you have like 3-4 days to move(rarely happens) or you’ll see they patched it because you can’t get out and will have to move or you can be dev wiped for building/staying in it

if you leave tribe and make a new one it will be locked because you are no longer in a "tribe" so it will lock by default. creating new tribe will give back structures

My snow tp (off the edge) works, yet my wasteland boarder (far south) off the map doesn’t nore does the beds (all worked 2 days ago).

So basically it’s not. The idea is simple and instead of a kill barrier you invert the vanilla, shrink it down in size and apply. It makes it so every object has an inside that acts like a solid vanilla object rather then the inside (currently) just being phantasmal. You could as well make the inner layer a kill layer however it would impact farming if messed up. Significantly as well.

Why don’t they? Well a mixture of laziness, other issues being the larger factor (zeppelin, platform saddles etc), and not enough hands available (rushed release schedules).
