I'd say no, and this goes for PVE or PVP. Official servers have become simply boring and moreso like a job than a game. Some people will have different opinions; however, it is the truth. Furthermore, official servers are also boring due to the lack of variety. ASE used to have regular official, no tek, cluster, hardcore, ORP, small tribes, etc...ASA only has 2 of these options.

I wouldn't say official servers are dead currently...with the release of SE more people are playing the game. Like ASA's release though, the numbers will quickly dwindle down. It's the unfortunate cycle of people being excited to play a new map, and then gameplay get's stale and they stop playing. Rinse and repeat.

Maybe you accidentally duplicated your character. Like what used to happen back on ase, try going to the last server you transferred from and see if you have a dupe there. Especially if that's where you are trying to go to, that could be what is happening. Load the other server.

steam can play officials, win10(gamepass/microsoft store) can't play PvP officials as they don't have an anticheat yet.

Facts, there are loads of players who are still waiting for new smalls servers right now, they messed it up releasing it at like 2am on a Tuesday morning for EU and being a week day so NA basically had a 8hour head start on everyone else, they should drop more EU servers at a reasonable time as well not late in the evening when people are going to bed.
