Prioritize getting turrets, live out a 2x1 or 2x2 in some dense trees and farm until you get a turret or two, move to a better spot and place your turrets on the new base spot. Ideally on metal structures not stone but it’s ok to do stone to start. The best area to start is west zone 3 really to get everything you need quickly. But starting Northzone is fine too.

In Ark survival evolved, I am having a competition with a friend. We are discussing weight. In this competition, he wants all weight to be irrelevant. I argue that gets rid of an entire aspect of challenge in competition, so he wants to make it 20× standard setting for dinos, and I agreed to have players have irrelevant weight to make him happy. We view the weight stats to test, and dodos had 600 weight base and gained 500 weight per level. He wants the weight to be HIGHER. I say no dodo should have more than 200 weight, especially in a competitive setting (winners gets 100 dollars). Im willing for it to be 10× on dinos, but he says that is ridiculously low. Can anyone give thoughts on this?

@wide wren @vapid abyss well done on fixing the raft issues, I spent 3 days grinding stuff in are metal raft with turrets and plant species but of course u guys have to be horrible and fixing meshing, have a 5 min clip of us being stuck on a God damn rock not able to move the raft and someone decided to take advantage of a stuck metal raft and mesh us over and over, turning off are generator, taking all the loot, removing all the fertilizer from are plants and meshing into are boat to just fight, absolutely pathetic of the quality of game u put out for 70$ and u make the exploiting worse

the reason why graphic commands are allowed is probably because many PCs struggle to run ASA, and many (esp. pvp) players enjoy the ability to micromanage their graphics

u hit a titan 20 times with a thyla (check hp with glass make sure its above 12k before u hit) and in the end u take 2x and 4x note and kill it with ur player by using a comp bow or whatever

Depends on rates and whether it's just you or split. Roughly though, it might get you to mid 90's. You should always snag a 2x at least. Getting a 2x and 4x will usually get you to 105, at least on smalls.

When you first place the cannon on quetz you can’t fire it and changing direction doesn’t work. But if you leave quetz and fly out of render range from it then back it works.
