Nah arked is full of cryos and teleporting and being killed for no reason a d body dissapears. Its allthose qutzels and tribea with 10 carts when they need max 2. Just gotta keep trying on occasion you get lucky. Its the first thing i build on a new server. So i have one.

Havent seen the 2m bug thankfully. If they'd lower the creatures you need to roll over by 20-25%, that would do the trick. Still hard, but at least you can always do it with effort.

Also, the 300 drag weight limit is ridiculous. You know what has 410 drag weight? A freaking Gallimimus. Ruined my 150 I was close to perfect taming.

For breeding do wild points and mutation points separate to the max or add in together to its 362/450?

Wild points and mutation points are separate in ASA.

So if you have a base 20 points and 10 points of mutations, you can move those 10 points over if you breed it with a new tame with 40 base points for example.

But the dino's level will be a total of all stat points (Base + Mutations) plus 1 level for just existing. Reason everyone breeds to 362 is so they can level all 88 points into it when they hit cap level. Hope that helps

Ok, can confirm that the implant is supposed to have your name.

Seems pulling your implant and respawning in any of the regional spawns fixes the issue. Has everytime for me at least. But if you respawn on your bed there's a good chance it will bug out again and revert back to Player. So spawning at any regional spawn and not dying afterwards from there on out is your best bet 🙃

we play unofficial but nothing is modded. For gamma we used 20 dreads and 20 carch with 5 ppl shooting from meks. (Gigas would do better due to the raw dmg output without stacks). For beta we added in forest and ice titans. Alpha same crew with mega mek.

Thats the standard Ark experience. Get attached to nothing, have back up and exact copies of creatures and gear, be ready to lose anything you leave your base with. Anything valuable you find, get it back to base ASAP.

Ark will rob you time and again through no fault of your own. Im surprised no one's made a clone game. A clone with better devs and management would poach Ark players in a heartbeat.

Servers with a low number, or whichever is the first server in the list for a given region. Like on switch, they sunset NA gen 1 281, 282, 283 and 284, but kept 280, because 280 is the first on the list for NA.

The giant map servers like Rag, Astraeos etc usually have less servers to begin with, and thus are more safe from sunset, but also run really bad and crash more often.

Extinction runs well in my opinion, but they also ruined the map when they tweaked the meteor shower mechanics. Scorched Earth also runs really well because no one plays on it hardly.

No other way to get those ab exclusive chibis and they just dont care. It's been abandoned. such a shame. So it's not worth it to go on foot with no dinos and only shotgun because it's cutting it way too close to the timer. Need to be perfect and with the server lag spikes every few minutes it's just too risky. It's a long fight too so anything could happen.

With the method you suggested, you can't use a shotgun off the back of a drake. And when you bring in dinos the orbs are overwhelming.

I tried parking Megalos at Rockwell and going around on foot and shooting the tentacles with shotgun but the orbs light up the Megalos.

I think the only way to solo Rockwell on official is with a melee build, but you need to have multiple ascensions to be high enough level to get the stats you need. Should be able to find info on Reddit or YouTube.

My first abb. Spino offsprings got around 20K health and 4-600% dmg.
Mutation 1 (Parents wild tame 145 were both around 215 when tamed) got me around 22K HP and 620% DMG.
Is that considered good? I am not a breeding expert...

Ok have to specify the baby stats. Imprinted 100% with NO lvl up the first Mutated baby Was 7900 HP and 379% dmg.
So that was base.

If you are in Asa you can start stat breeding anytime and then breed 0’s into the stats you don’t want.

The advantage of keeping low level Dino breeders is you can clone cheaper if you want to expedite the breeding process.

Question for breeders: I just started a line of Gigas, and I have a 1 HP mutation male and 1 HP mutation female in the first batch of eggs.
