Titans in ARK created a new world for themselves.
Titans indirectly created humans (with them forcing the previous humans to make the ARK's, and cloning)
Humans/Homo-Deus's (gods) then revolted and enslaved the titans to help with their own image of creating a new world. Aka restoring it.

I didn't have idea this theory was still around.
The one who waits notes explain pretty well what happened πŸ˜… none of the homo deus enslaved titans. They simply couldn't.
They are made by pure element and spread it as well. And the their only leader is the king titan, the puppet of the element (that's why killing it activates the reseed protocol and the planet restoration). The only titans' job was to do what the hivemind wanted : spread the element around :) that's all.
Then human did two things to escape: 1- evolved in homo deus ( the homo deus lives in another dimension, according to Helena and HLN-A.).
2- URE built the arks to restore the planet and repopulate (Santiago notes on Genesis II are very bad, there are some things that don't fit at all with the protocol and other things. I wonder if the new writer read the previous lore, i really miss Marc.), while the Federation built the Genesis ship and the simulation to leave the planet.

The vaults being a experiment in the Fallout games is a retcon from Fallout 1.
Though that's a example of a "good" retcon.
Rewriting a whole character for new stuff that doesn't matter is "bad" retconing.

Upon messing around with a Rock Drake, I noticed how similar it is to an Archeopteryx. The body of the Rock Drake is built for climbing and gliding, similar to the Archeopteryx, albeit, in vastly different environments. The similarities can even be seen on a physical level, with the placement of feathers. This made me speculate: when the Rock Drake was first created, could it’s creators have taken the base genetic code from the Archeopteryx, and then heavily modified it from there?

Did the writer even care to read what he wrote before to go ahead? Guys, really. Not even a look to Ext Lore?
Nida says that Ure just used the Xenomaterial to evolve humans in homo deus while the Fed wanted use it to heal the planet.
Then In Santiago 's note Uma says that URE is building the Arks and want heal the planet from the sky.
But the reseed protocol we read about on Extinction? (The Arks had to heal the planet after they landed, hlena explains it)? No Words on the Titans wandering on the planet? I recall they're the main reason that made the humans evolve, build the arks and the ship.
Why the Fed built a ship if it wanted heal the planet?

Actually it was never planned that anyone goes to earth (via portal) as it wasn't planned that Titans appear or at least that the element gets out of controll in that extreme.. which made the Arks stay in orbit way longer than planned. It ended in the Arks malefunctioning and makeing the tests harder and harder.
The Tek tribe were then ones (good old Santiago) who found a way to get back to earth via building the portal project.

The hope of the URE was, that Element will perish over time and that these would be the point when the Arks go back and the people that survived on them are the ones to repopulate earth.

Like I said, all data was allready there and it was only like a button to push to release him like with all other people they wanted to colonize the planet. It is even stated by Santiago it takes a bunch of time to grow a new body.

A reason Nida mentions she would love to hide and die hidden, so her data (matrix) can't be retrieved (that was before she was aware of something going extremly wrong).

A lot in Gen 2 makes no sense at all and contradicts. A reason I don't like Gen 2 very much regarding to lore. Characters rewriten, Rockwell often feels off, etc.

Gen 2 is for me more a "Now we have a valid reason to bring Santiago back and rewrite him to make him fit Vin Diesel" , to get rid of Rockwell and have an option to bring other chars back and be able to totaly rewrite them.

But in the end of the day, if one animal has more mass/strength naturally then the other, then the higher number will win most of the time.
A polar bear can do 1,200 PSI of bite force, while a silverback gorilla has apparently 1,100 PSI of a bite force.
Alright, not that far off, but when they both need to reach their limits in strength, the polar-bear is still going to be stronger since it'll still have that 100 PSI of strength above the gorilla.
And even if someone a polar-bear met a gorilla, the gorilla would just back off due to the size of the polar-bear.

After we beat extinction its up to us whether Helena beams us into the simulation or we start as a brand new character, but Genesis is a simulation meant to test the colonists on the ship and to better their survival skills, but Rockwell came along before us and broke a bunch of stuff like shutting down all the Master AIs minus the moeder who shut herself down so Rockwell missed her and then reactivated herself later, then he made the master controller as his vessel to stop survivors from beating the simulation and he outgrows the simulation and starts fucking up the ship, then we come along and beat the master controller and wake up on the ship
