I say that I think the days on the Genesis ship were as long as they are in-game

72 minute days would mess up hard with organisms and biology a planet with a fast rotation to have short days like that would have such a high gravitiy nothing could live on it (from earth at least). They did specifically search a habitable earth like planet which a 72 minute day planet would never be.

I don’t know if the thing about faster rotation=more pull force is true, but I’d also like to make the point that ARK 2’s planet is a moon, orbiting a gas giant

And if you look at the planet from space, its size seems pretty similar to earth so I would expect a similar day cycle, mabye 2-3 hours of but not a 72 minute day which would be totaly ridiculas.

Faster rotation - higher gravity.. that is simply physics.

Using the game mechanic get out of plot hole free card. In a pull of the models for the genesis ship we saw that the in relation to the in-game Earth, it is larger then the moon. In that final cutscene we are moving at 1/100th the speed of light in the mek that got blown out the vacuum compartment

Oh and, looks like my logical thinking was in the right according to the internet “Spinning of the earth (or a planet) does not affect the gravity, but spinning of a planet reduces the gravitational pull experienced by an object placed on the surface of that planet. However, the effect of spinning is most on equator and least at the poles of the planet.”

That means I was able to logically think better but also fudges my point that the smaller planetary body would have normal gravity if it was spinning that fast

I don't know whih sources you consider but a faster spinning would end in higher gravitiy as no spinning would normaly also would have fatal consequences for earth.. but also got ignored in favour of the game and it's story.

The genesis ship’s powersource that allowed it to jump into hyperspace fell to the planet after its destruction. The Colonialists used it to build a giant gateway project spearheaded by Santiago that would allow them to teleport back to Earth in hopes they would be able to see their families again. The Ark ends of failing and teleporting to the Titanfall universe where it hadn’t existed before and that’s why it was embedded cleanly into the mountain. Later the planet would be named Typhon and found by the IMC which intended to use the Ark as a super weapon to destroy the planet abusing by its high energy output and ability to warp space time Harmony.

In reality. He formed strong bonds and relationships on Earth afterwards, watching it recover. And having friends who accept him (Since he's been a lone wolf his whole life. The Island-Extinction. He was neglected as a child since he was deformed. And was considered 'too' smart for a early-human. Which this doesn't matter much since all of his memories are fake. But it doesn't stop the pain from being rejected on the ARK's.)
Well, after a good 3 years. Rockwell decided to be a ass and take over Earth.
This whole time in the 3 years, Rockwell has been slowly forming his plan. And finally executed it.
Well, this mass execution event killed everyone he cared for. And so, there was nothing to do then to go onboard the Genesis-ship. Since Rockwell was transferring onto there after he got bored with Earth.
So him 'actually' being on the Genesis-ship, is personal.
And one, or both are having one free ticket to hell.

SO he is the only person ever brought back cause in ma Ark universe the original cloneing (like Helena and the Feds on the ship did) failed and made people unstable, insane, defomred, etc. SO bringing back Santiago was a high risk thing and my AI had to add some artifical memories to make up for some Santiago lost, etc.

A lot of my story somehow came naturaly while expanding on it, which is nice.

Millions of years later, this dust tries to reform itself. But gets corrupted in the process and becomes the prototype version of the Flood.
The floods motives is to make all life in universe into one being. Since they believe the passiveness of the precursors was the reason why they got "killed" off. So they believe it's their duty to make all life in the universe into one entity. Aka the flood.

"the chosen one" you're talking about being overused is just how protagonists in stories work

A chosen one usually implies that there is something special and that the universe existences in such a way that the earth individual was a guarantee and that they will succeed because they must due to it being foretold. There is no risk, they will win, they are the chosen one it is a literal impossibility that they can lose due to them existing for the sole purpose of existing and the universe having born them that way. That’s why I don’t like it and why it’s overused

As for why it doesn’t make sense I is cause multiple people can be in there and multiple people can defeat the king Titan. Also it’s a custom character with maybe a personalized backstory you give them so we aren’t all playing the same character, we all play a different character that is capable of completing the arks. Also if anyone was chosen it would be Helena, Rockwell or maybe Santiago and not us. More then all that I pretty much think that not being special makes you more special then being born special. I know that doesn’t make sense. Basically if you are the chosen one and born to complete that destiny then you will and when you do succeed it isn’t a surprise or challenge since from the start or was framed that you existence to do that one thing. Not being the chosen one gives doubt and chance at failure

Multiple people can fight the bosses in lore we’ve seen it happen, that’s how it’s supposed to work. Rockwell got Nirva and his Army to fight the overseer for him and Helena and Mei-Yin snuck in after them

In story you aren’t alone on the island. Part of the arks is other people that’s part of either the challenge of intelligent enemies or a tool by teaming up to survive. The point isn’t just to make it hell the points to train you to survive and sometimes that involves other people

As for our characters backstories aren’t canon that is true but also that doesn’t matter. All our characters are just random people who died at some point in time, therefore that original person that the player character is cloned after was not born with purpose unless that purpose was to die and be used as a genetic sample thousands of years later. Our characters backstories may not be canon but they aren’t not canon either, there is no reason that backstory couldn’t be what happened.

We are no part of the story written by the main authors, they are far ahead of us even before Helena becomes Homo Deus, which is where we came to existence in the ARKs afterwards

The characters we play are 100% part of the story did you play aberration, extinction or any of genesis? The only reason anyone should think that is if they only play island and SE. If the characters we plays as weren’t around the king Titan would never have been defeated which has means the arks would never come down and heal the earth, aberration wouldn’t crash, Rockwell wouldn’t board the genesis ship and the genesis simulation would never be corrupted. Then on top of all that another player controlled character or the same depending on how you view it escapes the simulation and kills Rockwell causing the genesis ship to crash and Santiago to wake up. The player causes both the rise of Rockwell taking over the genesis ship and his defeat allowing humanity to have a chance at freedom.

The death of the creature single handedly preventing the curing to the world from working and the only colony ship looking for a new home crashing seems like a pretty big deal to me.

There is no reason for this though. There is absolutely zero effect or change on the story if the bosses are fought alone or with 10 other people all that maters is the boss dies. The story is not impacted in the slightest bit by how many people do it and there is never anything that says we always do it 100% alone in the story anywhere. Also the wiki file doesn’t cut off at tres, I hear the whole word played if anything there’s a forth word we can’t hear.

Reading the one who waits notes it does seem like she expects you to have multiple people but it doesn't really say if you do or not, i guess its up to you but the survivor itself is who goes into the simulation because theres still only one HLNA

Any living thing on an ark is somewhat a child of humanity type thing since they wouldn’t be there without humanity and we are nothing but children in comparison to it, especially at the point of the island where we know nothing about what happened to earth

The genesis stuff I 100% agree is solo. Theres no way Rockwell allowed more then one person to not only escape the genesis simulation but then not get immediate killed upon escape and managed to not die to any other things he did or just another creature and make it all the way to his chamber.

to me that sounds more like shes saying theres finally reason for it and all its all come to a close. She did that so someone could make it, she didn't know that someone would do it for sure she just hoped someone would and that someone is us

btw what are the purpose of the rings on the genesis ship? They always felt a little strange to me and like a waste, like why for thousands of years have a ship that has tons of extra weight and creatures it needs to house and harvest stuff to convert into resources for those living on the rings to harvest. Like instead of making all those trees and rocks for people to mine idk maybe have a storage unit it for them when they land. Like I just don't get why they bothered to make a real world environment for what seems to be everything except humans since all the humans are either in cryosleep or crewmates.

Why not just freeze the creatures too or bring the genetic material needed

The ship had an artificial sun for power i highly doubt that was an issue, but i assume just to have a stable ecosystem to give everything a chance on the new world
