its a steam issue lol, try
(1) Delete your steam files except the steamapps folder (containing all your games) and the steam executable itself. When you try to boot it up again, it will reacquire all the files, and if there was anything dodgy or corrupted in there it can fix it.

(2) As Steam uses a fork of Chrome, you can try disabling plug ins on Chrome (as a lot of people have issues with things missing and going wonky with plugins galore enabled), and again even deletion and reinstalling Chrome itself.

building a decent sized base will prevent spawning a fair distance. you'll still get some that wander by, but if your walls are at least 3 high then they shouldn't be able to see you or your tames and aggro. dinos usually won't aggro to just structures, they have to get a LoS on you or a tame within a certain radius

-Missing Rainbow coloured textures over rocks and trees
-Square textures for tree's as well as drops and my hand pendant.
-No other installed folders for ark anywhere on my pc
-Xbox Pc app version
-I have played the game before on both Xbox and steam in the order of Xbox app > Steam > Xbox app
-first time had no problems on the X box app, now ive got a multitude of issues
-Brightness flickering for no reason

Your game is going into low poly mode, if you verified files, and updated your GPU.

It's a way of making your PC still able to run the game.

People have this issue even on high end setups typically due to improper setup or trying to run ark on 100000x100000reso at max color bit and epic graphics
