My first bet is that it's not the ram. The fact that your other pc is the same with different ram doesn't really change that. Both sets of ram should work fine. And you have enough ram so that should also be fine. I would recommend trying to think of other reasons for why it would be crashing

Hey, recently I received an ascendant crossbow blueprint which is able to be crafted at a smithy. Though for it I'd need 30000 wood and since a smithy has 75 slots one can already see the problem. With wood stacking up to 100 that means there's only space for 7500 in the smithy. Is there any way I can still craft this blueprint? A method of being able to put more resources into the smithy?

Make sure you have a bed/sleeping bag where you are before doing this

Go to to menu and set resource respawn period to 0 then go back on the world

Put all your stuff away, in a storage box Dino, doesn’t matter. Just make sure everything is put away

Then use the command “enablespectator”(if that doesn’t work you might have to look it up I don’t remember the exact command)

Then do slomo 20 or a number around there

Fly around for a bit, I’m not sure exactly how long it takes, then once you notice the resources are back do “disbablespectator”

If you don’t really understand what I mean(which makes sense because I’m bad at explaining things) I can dm you the video on it I used

No. It's with every blueprint I get when on extremely high drop quality. the quality of the item is like primitive but the cost is extremely low. The longneck has 100% damage just like a primitive rifle, but the cost is one metal etc. This is the same with saddles and everything else I find out of drops when having the drop quality at an extreme number.

That's the thing, when i first played genesis i thought it was to hard so i gave up at lvl 4. Long time ago but relevant. So when i logged on yesterday i actually grinded and got to like lvl 25, had a base and 2 high lvl raptors. Living longer than 10 sec is challenge in genesis. They don't despawn anyway, crates like desert, seas, cave, stay there until someone grabs them. Unfortunately, there is an issue with singleplayer where they either don't spawn at all, or take hours to spawn. You can try to use the slomo command to pass time to make the spawn.

Hey, I see this sorta gets ignored a lot - But does anyone actually know what would cause an Ark map to always be blurry/un-rendered upon loading? I have this issue ONLY with a hosted Gen2 map, singleplayer is FINE. I have uninstalled the DLC, restarted the map and joined a friend. It only happens in non dedicated sessions.
Others have said this a few years ago with no response either, It doesn't look like there is any forums with this answered either - Any clues?

Select Host/Local here, then make sure you are on the GENERAL tab, and scroll down to the very bottom. You should see "Disable Structure Placement Collision" here, so ensure the tick box is selected here, Apply, Save etc and reload the game

There's a shiny on Extinction at co-ords 52-92, Wastelands on the cluster I'm playing on. It appears to be spawning outside the map, is it safe to go there and not get insta killed?

if you use steam you can install structures plus or super structures (s+) mod it allows for foundation stacking and even placing them in the air if its on single player mod ofc if oyu play on server and you dont have it than no other way of placing a ceiling and pillars no o

In the Internet properties box that opens Select the Privacy tab.

I'm having a weird time with my pc and ark rn, with the biggest odds pending for the issue to be on my end, but i just wanna ask away anyways - both yesterday and today, as i was playing ark like i always do, my screen simply.. blacked out. I could still hear the people in the voice chat i was in, so i am sure the root of the problem is within 'video', not anywhere else on my pc. I have the theory it's ark related because both instances only happened when i was playing the game, and nothing else for a whole afternoon. My drivers are up to date, i havent touched any weird links or downloaded anything shady, or nothing of the matter. As i said, the odds are heavily going towards it just being my monitor, but i feel the need to ask if maybe it happened to anyone else recently? I tested updating geforce as a whole, just need to test again with ark soon to see if it happens one more time.
