the 3 minibosses dont give tek engrams and the 3 main bosses are just the island bosses

correct. which if your trying to get all the Tek grams you will need to defeat, and killing them on fjordor is probably going to be quicker and easier than trying to do so on the island.

but it might be faster since it's easier to get the good saddles for the boss fights

i think if my server has mmax 249 lvl dinos with 2x bonus stats afterr tame it will be much easier but not sure if its good enough trying to find good f rex but i already got like 10 + megateriums with at least 1,5k melee and 15khp after leveling them

I‘d like to set the max wild dino level to 180, but for some reason thats complicated asf. I set the difficulty slider to 6, after trying sth weird like 1.222 before. You reckon it works now? Havent found anything max lvl since so i‘m not sure.

alright...experiencing a problem on a start of singleplayer world that ive played on friday then it suddenly ,friday night ,decided to stop working. seems to be a fatal crash or well , eu4 crash thing that ive seen people talk about but no solutions. ive tried EVERYTHING ( when i say everything i mean it , from verifying files over 20 times , replacing backup saves , deleting files it used to crash on , deleting dlc lost island even tho i never even downloaded the dlc , i did that cause in the crash it seems to mention lost island , and always crashes on "TheIsland_Ruins". reinstalled game too ). Is the only solution really deleting the world and starting all over?...

Hey I just got a nitrado sever and Im having problems with it Not Loading fully up, just stuck at Restarting. I have "Tried" Uploading my saved island world to the server so me and my friends can continue where I left off. I have also uploaded my Gameusersettings and Game.INI, along with putting the mod Ids so they are there too, Does one of these things fuck up Nitrado? And Am I doing something wrong?

I've scoured and can't find the answer to this: I just tamed a queen bee, she's a really nice shade of blue and I'd like to keep her that color (humor me, I know I mostly won't see her.) and I have already accepted the hive from her so she's in the little.. bee hive form in my inventory. If I transfer that hive via uploading to an obelisk will she just come out as a random normal bee color like with the glitch when you transfer cryopods? If so, how do I get her out of the hive again so I can upload her and keep her color scheme?

But basically my singleplayer worlds won’t save. I tried to use the save world command and that didn’t work. I tried to make a nondedicated server for myself because I have one with a friend which saves so I hoped it would save my solo world. Nope it doesn’t save. So any time I log off of ark my singleplayer world deletes. Like it still says I have a save on the world but all of my things are gone when I go back in. I really hope to get a singleplayer world working because I don’t have enough time to be in a public server constantly so all my things would die there anyway

^and it also stinks because I was able to get on for a couple hours yesterday so I tried to make a new singleplayer world right. Yeah since it didn’t save I just lost two and a half hours of progress

run the game in admin mode perhaps your being locked out of the folders. also make sure you don't have any of the folders or files open while trying to save

the health of the egg doesn't change it. levels are just the stats added up. you got unlucky and got low rolls for multiple stats.
stats will be from either parent so them choosing different ones can result in different levels.

Yep same here, I’ve even gone the route of wiping my saved data and collecting them first in mp then on sp and then tried it the other way around and still nothing. This fix has worked for me before with the gen1 glitches

they take less damage from the fire which is a godsend, its a hard boss fight though so you'l still want them to be good

Hey everyone, I've been having some troubles setting up a single player modded run if anyone's willing to help

if your on a series x you can enable enhanced graphics. if your on a oldgen.... it's a feature not a bug

eh without an error code it would be difficult to pinpoint any issue. in general just make sure your mods are up to date. best to add one or two at a time rather than "bucket dump" method

and sure it ran horribly as in it decided to not load stuff all the time
but the walls looked normal

then i upgraded to my new pc played w10 edition a bit and it was fine, later deleted ark cause my ssd was full and recently installed it on my hdd again

if ark didnt take up like 200gb worth of space it'd be fine

Sometimes it can take more but also make sure each hit registers.sometimes can get a direct hit n it wont matter so end up usin more than ya should. Also the type of xbow/longneck makes a difference. Xbow has higher chance of killing tame thi.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking but there's plenty of ways to gather element, for crafting you can craft it from shards in a replicator or your inventory in the form of "unstable element" from element dust, and which spoils into regular element in about 2 minutes I believe
you can also craft it from element ores which I think you need a charge node to craft, which is on CI and ab, maybe on fjordur too

Does changing a server to PvE get rid of cryo sickness? And is there any consequence with changing a server from pvp to pve?

I don't think so except like dino, structure and player damage which might get a little affected.
But else I think just things like cool down etc but on the other hand I am not a pro at such things but that's what I would guess yk

Would it work if i used the same account to play on my main pc if i were to host it via ark itself?

I'm having problems with the winter event, it won't let me put coal in the cooking pot (normal cooking pot, not a mod) it did let me, now it won't.

Similar thing with the normal (not modded) refining forge, at the beginning I was able to cook the chibi, now I can't

ok your issue is the fact that you are using not one, but two, overhauls

8gb isn't comfortable at the best of times (even preventing hibernation is too much). even one overhaul is not possible, and aside from the myriad of issues you get from running multiple together, 2 is most definitely too much

I get about a min of gameplay the I freeze for about 10 secs and my game then closes

Freezing after hitting play is normals, just means it's loading. Closing is definitely an issue. Try lowering graphics settings, make sure nothing else is running, and see if you can join a quiet, modless unofficial fine. In singleplayer, while you're loading and for the first while after loading in, have task manager open and check how your pc is doing there. of course, make sure as few other programs are running as possible

nope, as long as you know how to setup your port and query, its will be fine

once you know how the setup works, its just the same on the 2nd pc. just copy paste the server save data and run

you basically put coal and (maybe) mistletoe in their inventory and they give you loot crystals
I haven't use them much, but they give christmas themed structures I believe
