You could probably run your graphics at high, possibly even Epic, and be just fine. If it starts having issues, drop it down to medium.

I would recommend turning off bloom and light shafts as well, not only will they save your hardware from a little bit of stress, but bloom can make it really hard to see cuz it tends to get very bright lol

The baby mature speed however, consider that a 'base' value. You'll want to raise it when breeding dinos that take ages to grow up. I like to keep that 'base' value low, to balance out the high egg hatch rates for resources. But if you don't care about that and just want fast breeding, set them way higher to reduce wait times and pain from rng
I would also recommend a few more advanced edits```

If you would like to change stack sizes, I can take you through that- It's better done with INI than mods.

And finally, hibernation
Preventing hibernation fixes resource and dino respawn bugs, and allows buff-based mods (that apply their mods only in specific circumstances) to work, allows the S+ dino finder to work properly, and I would highly recommend running with the launch paramater. But I do have to warn that if you later re-enable hibernation, it can cause crashes. This seems to be able to be fixed by launching with certain launch params and dinowiping, but I've not run any save like that for an extended amount of time so I can't say if it's 100% effective in the long term or not.
You'll need to add it to the steam launch paramaters- Right click on ark on steam, properties. Add exactly this- Hyphen included- -preventhibernation```

when restoring from a backup, move the one you get rid of and copy the backup in. you should make backups semi frequently, label the dates, and delete super old ones

when i fought overseer for the first time, i accidentally murdered my save, with the latest backup being a month prior

try opening text editor or sth alike, and then hit "ctrl + v" keys there to paste it

So Im breeding shadowmanes. One is a deep purple and the other is a mix of orange and red. The babies are never a mix of the colors, and theyre all basically clones of the parents, no matter how many times I breed them

You can re-make it with commands. taketribe 0 while looking at a structure from your tribe. maketribefounder Add experience, and ascensions. You can transfer imprints too but it's annoying. Easier to use the Dino Storage mod and it automatically imprints dinos to you when you release them
