You could try to damage the health a bit by attacking something to get blood packs and see if it eats/heals afterwards if that doesn't work cryo/uncryo

Well, generally speaking the only way that you get 880 weight on a hatched argy is if one of the two parents have that as a base stat

people only swap out the male to bypass the mutation cap

(typing something longer but I'm at a bus stop so bear with me)

basically, you can get mutations on either paternal or maternal side

you can only get 20 mutations to occur on each side

however, if only the male has mutations, the cap is never reached on the female side

it all shifts to paternal

so you can keep mutating forever

and you never need to move the females

which is useful if you make one of those massive tower setups for breeding

Preventing hibernation fixes resource and dino respawn bugs, and allows buff-based mods (that apply their mods only in specific circumstances) to work, allows the S+ dino finder to work properly, and I do highly recommend running with the launch paramater. But I do have to warn that if you later re-enable hibernation (remove the launch option), it can cause crashes. This seems to be able to be fixed by launching with certain launch params and dinowiping, but I've not run any save like that for an extended amount of time so I can't say if it's 100% effective in the long term or not. You'll need to add it to the steam launch paramaters- Right click on ark on steam, properties. Add exactly this- Hyphen included- -preventhibernation
It also increases ram usage quite a bit, but is very much worthwhile

unfortunately it seems like your metal nodes are deleted permanently, afaik the only solution is running it as a dedicated server to get them to respawn then going back to sp

If you go the regular polymer route, you need a refinery first to make metal that will be needed for the smithy which will, allong yet more materials craft the fabricator, which requires gasoline to even turn on and run, and if you got all that then you need a mixture of obsidian (harvested at high mountain tops, volcanos, caves) and cementing paste (crafted from stone and chitin/keratin at mortar or chemistry bench or either "liberated" from giant beaver dams that spawn in some very specific corners of the map, but expect to be attacked by them if you touch their dams, altho you can get anywhere from nothing, to absurd amounts of cementing paste per dam.

Okey, so I have a 140 rex with 31 stam I wanna tame but there is the slight problem that he's runing rampant chewing on literally every single of the 780 dinos wild dinos around my base and I just can't get it's attention to follow me to a taming trap. If I keep tranquing it until it passes out will things it was trying to chew on (like brontos) stop attacking him the moment it pass out or will they keep hitting it and shitting up taming efficiency?

they will keep attacking

rexes prioritize herbivores over players or carnivores, so grab a dodo with a bird or ride a fast herbivore to lure it to a trap

Alpha creatures are about 20 times harder to kill than normal ones but worth a whole lot of XP so if you think you can get away with it go for it.
