there are 2 options, equally as dangerous

• beeline for a glidesuit, grab a lamprey from the blue zone and glide down to the rockwell terminal, if youre lucky there wont be drake guarding the terminal
• use climbing picks on the NW surface entrance and climb to the ceiling, then use your altitude to your advantage with a glidesuit to get the terminal, if youre lucky you wont have a reaper chilling underground there
