You should have access to crop plots. If you get an iguanadon you could start growing narcoberries. Also, iguanadons help quite a bit when gathering berries.

I just had the worst ark experience. I’m not sure if this is just me being unlucky or it’s just ark. I spawn in and get basic tools and build a thatch base. I tame a lvl 40 parasaur. I went looking for a trike and found a lvl 92 one. I was surprised and I wanted to tame it badly. I got up on a rock and shot it with my arrows. And it died… I’m still confused on how it died. Then later I built a raft in hopes to go to herbivore island for some metal. I heard these whales will destroy your raft. And I asked people how rare is it to spot one and they said it’s very unlikely. So I build a raft and start heading towards herbivore island. And a whale spawns right next to the island shore. I don’t know if it just spawned or just rendered but it seems to be stuck on the shore it was def outside of the water. And there’s no way I’m taking my chances assuming it’s stuck. So I scrapped that idea of getting metal and I was just gonna wait for pteranodon. So I come back and set out on my parasaur to explore. When I come back I see this alpha raptor approaching my tames at my base. It started attacking them. I didn’t know alpha raptors were immune to bolas. So I hopped off my parasaur. And pulled out a bola. And it didn’t work. And I died. It killed all my tames except my moschops they ran far away leaving my parasaur to die. The raptor kept harvesting my parasaur so I got on my raft and shot it from the water and killed it. Now I set off to find a new parasaur. This time I found a lvl 100. I was very excited to find a high lvl Dino. I knocked it out. And started taming it. I didn’t know moschops had harvesting turned on by default. So I brought over my moschops to defend against any dilos. And it started harvesting my parasaur. Before I could do anything it died.. I found a lvl 36 parasaur and I tried taming it. I knocked it out and pack of 3 dilos attacked me. Before I could kill the dilos they killed the parasaur. And almost killed me and I just rage quit at that point 🥲

get some blood packs, tame any bat, level really doesn’t matter, just get yourself a bat. Then use that bat to get more blood packs, they are very efficient at getting them. then go for high levels

If you have two mindwipe tonics, why not test it? Basically if you quit the game instead of exiting to main menu, your progress won’t save and will send you back to when you last saved, so you can experiment with things. It’s very helpful
