It doesn't. 0.2 gets to 30 on single player. Single player difficulty slider goes up to 1 which gets you a max of 120 (150 with max difficulty box ticked) but if you do a difficulty override like most people do it's just 1 to 30

The other realms are placed underneath midgard, so with using the spawn map it shows up like their on land, for whichever realm is on that place

Some dinos only spawn inside the realms Jotunheim, Vanaheim or Valhalla which are placed underneath the map. Thats why the map says, that some dinos spawn in the ocean
