Nitrado isn’t bad. I’ve hosted a cluster through them for awhile now. Any issues I’ve had they’ve taken care of. Servers run fine.

I don't think there is a way to turn that off. I had the same frustating moments. My only advise would be to stop pressing E for opening stuff. Just ALWAYS press F. For your fridge, your storage boxes, your dinos inventory, campfires, fabricators, ... I know that E works for storage boxes and some other things but you do less mistakes if you ALWAYS press F. That's just so much easier for your muscle memory.

Tamed gigas don’t have a lot of health. 8.4K after tame isn’t a lot of health for a rex either. Maybe for a low level but if you want to make a breeding line I’d suggest taming more and finding better.

So my health stat came from a 150 Rex that had 8k+ health before tame. I think it tamed with a little over 10k health with a base of 45 points.

All that matters is the base stats. A level 100 Rex with 50 points in health is gonna have the same health as a level 300 Rex with 50 points in health. I usually aim for 140+ wild Dino’s for starting lines, then use Dododex to verify their point distribution before actually taming them. Any wild dino 140+ with 35 or higher in a desired stat is gonna tame in with great starting stats for your line.
