It has to be. Tamed gigas lose 80% melee on tame. That’s not 80% of their total melee. It’s 80% of melee. A tamed giga with no boosts that was wild with 255% would tame with 175.

You should prioritize the one in the snail inventory too tho, they can hold one stack so empty those regularly for a lot of paste

I think the limitation to only the city terminals is meant as a somewhat „balance“ for the insane amount of element you get from especially Gen2. If you could craft it fast and easily it would wash even more cheap ele onto other servers.…

Given how completely broken Gen2 is in terms of resources and free endgame items it doesn’t make much sense to me to try and balance such a small thing but I’m pretty sure that’s the reason behind it

earlier i wanted to tame a giga, but it despawned before i could build the trap for it. i decided to spawn my own giga, which i trapped and tamed as if it was the same giga. i just wiped out the redwoods and the giga is now highly dangerous to anything in my path

Don’t think it would actually make much of a difference to how unbalanced / broken Gen2 is with endgame items.

Would apply only for the multiple role thing already, swapping back and forth messes it up every time for me with the additional „verified“ role, no matter what order I chose them, it gets either role selected or none lmao (takes like 3 attempts to swap until it registers)

it's recommended to do frequent dino wipes to keep the map clean and dinos from overspawning

idk if there's hibernation enabled on ps4, someone more knowledgable could prolly help on that aspect, but dino wipes are generally good
