One of the easiest early game methods are also hunting arthros with a bow.
Prim bow will kill them kn like 2-5 shots with increased damage from ranged, and they drop a ton of chitin. Super easy farm method, the spit isn’t that dangerous / easy to dodge after a bit.
Mantis jump you and have high dmg / fast speed

I’m just happy artifacts are, for my official pc servers I always checked for easiest locations to reach (like CI has many just out in the open accessible with a flier for example) so it’s fairly easy to get a ton at once using an otter and some dedicated time 🙂
