So I’m trying to build a cliff platform base and I’m using the method where you use fence foundations and put half of the circle on the first one into the wood bar and then place the second foundation, then placing pillars on both sides but no matter what, when I do the next set of fence foundations, the pillar won’t build

Is there any way without mods to fix the obstruction problem I’m having or am I gonna have to try something else

Steam updates are much smaller. The games file size overall is larger if you have all dlcs, mine is around 400 something gigs, but after that the updates are usually very very small, less than 2gb for the patches. Obviously massive updates like adding a map are decent size, but even then its still smaller than consoles.

Best bet is to make a trap or use the harpoon launcher with net projectiles to trap the dinos before trying to tame. You can pretty much net anything smaller than a rex.

Attack them every now and then (only 1 hit). When they are in the trap, knock them. The arrows and food u need is listet on dododex (install it on ur phone)

nope. runs on gasoline. make gasoline first in the refining forge (small one) by cooking oil and hide together. Then you can use that to power the industrial forge and smelt things so much faster. Can also make charcoal quicker and gasoline quicker too.

Once you get a refining forge made, it makes crafting a lot easier.

I would definitely recommend taming an ankylosaurus as soon as you can. They farm metal for you while you ride them and smash rocks. They also have a weight reduction for metal as well so they can carry more for less. Pair that with an Argentavis to pick it up and fly it back to base and you'll have your metal in no time.

Well, yeah you can just ditch it. The purpose of gen 2 is the missions more than the normal ark playstyle, so taking advantage of the Tek suit helps progress faster so you can actually do the missions

Try re setting it there should be chrome specific tuts. Worst case re install can always save / backup bookmarks and it’s no issue.
