You might have a mod that is conflicting with the Mutagen spawn if not use a Admin command ForceMutagenSpawn (if i remember right) to fix that issue

If you’re taking a giga (first find a close to max level) you’d want a top tier longneck rifle (maybe several) and hundreds of shocking tranquilliser darts, and kibble. Might as well go all out on it because you sure as anything won’t be able to tame another for a while

Btw you can’t shoot off nearly every flyer, plus pteranodon have terrible weight and stamina

If I was taking a giga I would make a trap for it using bear traps and metal gates, sit on a hill above it and shoot it for an hour to knock it out

Then I’d spam it with narcotics and give it a load of kibble
